This 5 day/week course is designed for students who want a dynamic program in which group training uses functional fitness activities to develop core strength, cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strength and power.

There will be no Bootcamp on the following days:
Monday, November 11th (Veteran's Day)
Thursday, November 28th through Sunday, December 1st (Thanksgiving)
