Our class is designed for those looking to take care of themselves through moderate exercise.
This 3 days/week in-person course is designed for students who want a dynamic program in which the training uses functional fitness activities to develop core strength, cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strength and power.
The course, running Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, will start April 8th and run through June 28th. Class is from7:15 am to 8:15 am and will meet in the pool deck area at the main campus, or as decided upon by the instructor.
No parking permit will be required.
There will be no Bootcamp on the following days:
